Get in Touch:

I am inspired by watching people work hard to reach their goals and I’m here to help you get there.  Trust is an important component in any relationship and building that strong trust and relationship with my clients is paramount.  The biggest goal for me is for you to look back and say, “Because of you, I reached my goals….Because of you, I didn’t give up!”

I am an ex-Army Physical Training Instructor (PTI) with 15 years military experience and two operational tours.  I have worked with a variety of military and non-military  organisations including professional sports teams and completed my service by touring with the Defence Blacks as a trainer to the International Defence Rugby Cup in 2015.

This unique and diverse skill set has equipped me to adapt training programmes, group fitness sessions and conditioning regimes to meet all ability and fitness levels and will be tailored to meet your demands.  Althougth my philosophy in training stems from the military, I believe this gives the best of both worlds as I have the ability to alter this to meet your needs in order for you to get the most out of your training.

I am also qualified in NZ Army Rehabilitation which equips me with the skills and knowledge to help aid in injury prevention, recovery from injury or to keep those aches and pains at bay.  I have a passion and thirst for knowledge within Strength & Conditioning in order to provide the best service possible to you.

Strength doesn’t always come from the things you can do, it comes from overcoming the things you thought you couldn’t.
