SPEED SCHOOL is a 45-90min group training session for young people – SS Junior encompassing 7-13yr olds & SS Senior encompassing 14-18yr olds.
The content delivered in SPEED SCHOOL sessions are designed to help improve overall health and fitness in young people of all shapes and sizes. Specifically movement, flexibility, co-ordination, power, agility, speed, endurance and multi-skill co-ordination will be key focus areas.
Our world class staff will help develop children to their full potential and develop with them an understanding of what they need to create their own good habits for long-term health and physical performances and be “Fit For Life”
SPEED SCHOOL captures children at their best skill-learning years in life, and while they will enjoy their sessions, they will also take pride in their progress and results. The methods used at SPEED SCHOOL are appropriate to the age and maturation level of the children. Staff employ the most modern successful systems from their experience of coaching, teaching and managing in international environments.
