Club Aspire in Bethlehem is set to open in May this year and is now seeking expressions of interest from Personal Trainers to join our team of dedicated health and fitness professionals.  All Aspire trainers will be expected to strive for excellence in the delivery of quality programmes and service and will receive ongoing training and support through Aspire’s High Performance Centre.

Admin Rock Star

We are in search of  a competent Team Administrator with a mature attitude to join our busy admin team.

This role supports the Manager and other front of house staff. The successful applicant will have an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to multi-task. Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a support function where you will be providing administration and regular liaison with clients.

Key responsibilities include:

These positions are 20 – 30 hours per week and available shifts include 5am to 9.30pm week days and 7am to 6pm weekends. 

Must have:

  • Administration experience gained from working in a busy office environment and ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise own work.
  • Ability to work with a minimum of supervision, and to make administrative decisions based on a broad understanding of relevant policies and operational requirements.

Cafe Duty Manager

Club Aspire Cafe is seeking a Cafe Duty Manager who will be responsible for the day to day operations of the cafe.

Duties will include stock management, overseeing cafe financials, health and safety responsibilities and managing a small team.

The manager is an integral part of creating an environment that is welcoming and positive so only friendly, experienced cafe managers need apply.

As well as a winning attitude, you will need to possess the following:

  • Previous experience working in the food service industry at a similar level.
  • Barista skills desirable.
  • Previous experience in stock control, waste management, financial reporting.
  • Have a passion for good food, the sport and health industry and the enthusiasm to develop a creative healthy menu for our members.
  • The cafe manager should be able to work under their own initiative and build the cafe into a sustainable enterprise.
  • Excellent organisation skills are essential in regards to co-ordinating staff.
